We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Items returned after the eligible return period.

2. Time Frame

  • Refund/Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the approval date of your return request.
